Well, it's hump day and I just completed 45 minutes on the Wii of various mish mash. Lot's of boxing and tennis. My right ankle is sore from too much strain on it lately. If it gets too painful, I will just tape it up and restrict my movements on my legs. The heavy bag is really a great exercise if you go full at it.
My Wii age is down to 40 now even though my lowest before starting this blog was 28. Oh well. My weight sits around 210.5-211. I don't have the most accurate scale, so this is difficult measuring actual progress.
The one fact I left out at the beginning was waist size. Well, it's 39.5 inches. I now have to head off to make some dinner (hamburgers!). I need some decent food after stuffing myself full of tuna this past week and a half. After that it's off to school.
I am really getting in to this more and more, but I need some different Wii games. Just too broke at the moment to actually buy anything else.

2 days down...
Tonight was about 45 minutes total. 15 minutes of Tennis to warm up and 30 minutes of some pretty intense boxing and heavy bag training. I am tired!
Anyway, this is definitely better than using a treadmill. I'd post a few more comments, but I have to head to school.

Initial Photos and Initial Weight
Hopefully, I won't look like this for much longer! Seeing these photos will be a HUGE motivator.
My workout tonight was 1 hour long. I started with some training exercises for 15 minutes of warm-up. I then moved onto boxing for 30 minutes and finished up with 15 minutes of tennis. Then I tested my fitness age. Since I am just beginning and not very good at the boxing (all 3 tests), I got an age of 58. I still am not quite sure why boxing doesn't seem to work very fluidly, but I'm determined to keep playing. Well, time to clean up and head to school.

Welcome to Wii 4 Weightloss
Welcome to my Wii 4 Weightloss blog.
In this blog I will be posting daily results regarding my progress with using the Wii to lose weight and tone up. I'll try to be as detailed as possible as well as try to maintain a healthy diet. I am not going to set a goal or end date for this project.
I have already begun using the Wii daily, I intend to start blogging my progress on Monday, October 29th, 2007. I will post pictures along with initial weight and waist size. This is intended as a casual weightloss program to prove that $250 can change anyone's life without having to leave their living room.
