Tuesday! I hate the Tuesday!

Well, the scale showed 206 today just before my 40 minute workout. I warmed up playing Dodge twice and Heavy Bag 5 times. I then battled through 2 rough matches of boxing in which I won one and got knocked out the second time. Next up was 3 games of Tennis. I lost the first game and then I won the next two games.

I forgot to post my waist size since that's the true goal here, but it hasn't changed. Since the scale now reads 206 (down from 219 3 weeks ago) I have to believe I'm losing weight somewhere. I just haven't lost enough to decrease my waist size. I'll keep it up, but I do need some new games. Good thing Mario and Sonic at the Olympics comes out soon.

Week #2, Day #1

Nothing interesting to report today, but I do have some photos to add. Not much of an improvement. I do feel better and I can tell this program is working for me. I just got done with 5 minutes of warming up with Heavy Bag and Dodging. Then I moved onto 25 minutes of boxing followed by 20 minutes of terrific tennis. Tennis is becoming my favorite because I am getting real good at it and the stroke timing for ball control.

Anyway, here's the pics.... (don't mind the third eye growing out of my lower lip)

Here I am at 209 lbs:

I made it to Day 5!!!

Today I got a raise at work, so I'm feeling great! Plus, I just accomplish 5 straight days of Wii Workouts for 45-60 mins and that is a major accomplishment for me. I warmed up on the Heavy bag again for 5 minutes. Then I proceeded to box for around 20 minutes before moving on to 2 long games of Tennis for a total of 25 minutes. 50 minutes total. My weight is just a shade under 210 today, so this workout must be working.

Well, it's off to work on homework! See ya tomorrow.

Four in a Row!!!

Starting weight - 210.

Today was a hectic day at work, but I was still looking forward to the Wii workout. I haven't been getting enough sleep lately and this workout really gives me a boost to stay awake at class.

The workout was 45-60 mins. I forgot to check when I started, but I do know it was at least 45 mins. Started with a 5 min warm-up with the Heavy Bag and some Return Balls. Then I moved straight into boxing.

I can tell I'm getting better each day because I'm getting quicker and starting to get the techniques down better. I was struggling with 2 boxers for the past 2 days while my Mii Boxer score was around 750. Today I beat the crap out of those 2 and then proceeded to beat the crap out of the next 3 opponents. I boxed 5 matches, faced 4 opponents, and knocked out my opponent 4 out of 5. I'm definitely getting better.

I then moved on to about 15-20 mins of Tennis where I struggled and lost the first match, but then came back to win the next one. Both matches went all 5 games. I will post my Mii scores this weekend.

Wish me luck as I'm heading into the weekend which seems to be my weak spot. That's when I lose motivation and tend to stray from my routine. Good luck to all those reading and joining in on the fun. Weightloss, exercise, and getting in shape has never been so much fun, so I encourage all who read this to join the bandwagon.

Wii all lose with the Wii!
